摘要
根据“十三五”期间泉州市经济增长和环境空气质量变化情况,运用环境库兹涅茨曲线和秩相关系数,分析环境空气质量与社会经济发展、气态污染物排放与环境空气质量的相关性,综合评估大气污染防治措施的实施效果。研究表明,全市环境空气质量的变化趋势稳中向好,各项改善环境空气质量的生态环境保护措施针对性较好,取得的成效较为明显,没有因经济社会的发展引起环境空气质量的明显下降。
According to the changes of economic growth and ambient air quality in Quanzhou during the 13th Five Year Plan period,using the Environmental Kuznets curve and rank correlation coefficient,this paper analyzes the correlation between ambient air quality and socio-economic development,gaseous pollutant emission and ambient air quality,and comprehensively evaluates the implementation effect of air pollution prevention and control measures.The research shows that the change trend of the city’s ambient air quality is stable and good,the ecological and environmental protection measures to improve the ambient air quality are well targeted,the results are obvious,and there is no significant decline in the ambient air quality due to the development of economy and society.
