摘要
目的:观察芍药汤加白竭散保留灌肠联合美沙拉嗪栓塞肛治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者42例,随机分为对照组与观察组各21例。两组患者均予以美沙拉嗪栓,每晚睡前纳肛,观察组加用芍药汤和白竭散保留灌肠,每晚1次。两组疗程均为4周。疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分以及血清细胞因子水平。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为90.48%、76.19%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医证候(腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便、里急后重、肛门灼热)及血清细胞因子LT-1β、LT-6、TNF-α水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芍药汤加白竭散保留灌肠联合美沙拉嗪栓塞肛比单用美沙拉嗪栓对改善溃疡性结肠炎的临床症状效果更显著,能加快愈合结直肠受损黏膜,负调节炎症因子,为治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎提供了更好的选择。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shaoyao Decoction and Baijie powder retention enema combined with Mesalazine Embolic Anus in the treatment of Ulcerative Colitis.Methods:Fourty-two patients with ulcerative colitis of damp-heat type were randomly divided into observation group(21 cases)and control group(21 cases).Both groups were given Mesalazine suppository 10mg per night before going to bed,while the observation group was given retention enema with Shaoyao Decoction and Baijie Powder once per night for 4 weeks.To compare the clinical effect,TCM syndrome and serum cytokine level at the end of the course.Results:After treatment,the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 90.48%and 76.19%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,thereobservation were significant differences between the two groups in the main TCM syndromes(diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucopurulent stools,urgency,anal burning)and the levels of serum cytokines LT-1β,LT-6,TNF-α(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Mesalazine suppository alone,Shaoyao Decoction and Baijie Powder retention enema can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of UC patients,accelerate the healing of colorectal damaged mucosa,negatively regulate inflammatory factors,and provide a better choice for the treatment of common UC of large intestine damp-heat type.
