摘要
对原有超声二维振动装置进行改进设计,使其在100 Hz以下的低频段内实现频率可调,并通过三轴加速度传感器检测振动输出端的振动特性,从而验证改进后装置的有效性。利用该装置对开缝衬套冷挤压强化孔的挤出面进行振动处理,并使用X射线衍射仪测量振动前后孔周围残余应力的变化。分析实验数据可知,相位差越大,振动前后平均应力变化率越大,且随着频率比增大,变化率呈现增大趋势。
The original two dimensional ultrasonic vibration device is redesigned to make frequency adjustable at 100 Hz,and the vibration characteristics is detected by three-axis acceleration sensor to verify the effectiveness of the improved device.With the improved device,vibration treatment is applied to the exit surface of cold expanded hole,and the changes of residual stress around the hole before and after vibration treatment are examined by XRD.The results show that the larger the phase difference,the greater the average stress change rate,and with the increase of frequency ratio,the change rate presents an increasing trend.
