摘要
始丰微型牛是中国唯一的微小体型黄牛类群,隶属于浙江省天台黄牛地方品种。为阐明该黄牛类群生长发育相关的生化特性,采用ELISA方法对15月龄左右的始丰微型牛和作对照的正常体型天台黄牛外周血中与生长发育密切相关的GH/GHR、IGF-1的水平进行测定和比较分析。结果表明:微型牛GH含量(27.68±2.46μg/L)极显著低于正常体型对照组(31.67±3.52μg/L)(P<0.01),GHR含量(13.89±2.29μg/L)略高于对照组(12.90±1.66μg/L)(P>0.05),IGF-1含量(20.36±2.84μg/L)略低于对照组(20.66±3.68μg/L)(P>0.05);母牛上,微型牛GH含量(27.30±2.11μg/L)极显著低于正常体型对照组(32.11±3.80μg/L)(P<0.01),而GHR含量(14.92±1.62μg/L)却极显著高于对照组(12.50±1.57μg/L)(P<0.01),IGF-1含量(19.49±2.99μg/L)略低于对照组(20.74±4.14μg/L)(P>0.05);公牛上,3个因子2组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果说明微型牛可能存在着GH-GHR结合上的缺陷,从而导致微型牛生长发育受阻。研究为进一步揭示始丰微型牛的生物学特性以及黄牛体型生长发育机制提供依据,为中国家牛遗传资源保护和肉牛育种研究提供了很好的参考。
Shifeng miniature cattle is the only type of yellow cattle with tiny body in China,which belongs to the local breed of Tiantai cattle in Zhejiang Province.In order to elucidate the biochemical characteristics related to the growth and development of Shifeng miniature cattle,the content of three growth hormone axis factors,GH/GHR and IGF-1,were determined respectively by ELISA in the peripheral blood of of 15-month-old Shifeng minicattle and Tiantai yellow cattle of normal body size as control.The results showed that the GH content(27.68±2.46μg/L)in the miniature was highly significantly lower than control(31.67±3.52μg/L)(P<0.01),the GHR content(13.89±2.29μg/L)was slightly higher than that control(12.90±1.66μg/L)(P<0.05),and the IGF-1 content(20.36±2.84μg/L)(P<0.05)was slightly lower than control(20.66±3.68μg/L).For heifer,the GH content(27.30±2.11μg/L)in the miniature was highly significantly lower than control(32.11±3.80μg/L)(P<0.01),but the GHR content(14.92±1.62μg/L)was extremely significantly higher than control(12.50±1.57μg/L)(P<0.01),and the IGF-1 content(19.49±2.99μg/L)was slightly lower than control(20.74±4.14μg/L)(P<0.05).For ox,there was no significant difference among the three factors(P<0.05).The results showed that there might be some defects in GH-GHR binding in Shifeng miniature cattle,which hindered the growth and development of these cattle.This study provides a basis for further revealing the biological characteristics of Shifeng miniature cattle and the growth and development mechanism in yellow cattle,and provides a good reference for the protection of genetic resources and the research of beef cattle breeding in China.
