体育用品用天然纤维增强复合材料性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于体育用品材料视角,简单介绍了天然纤维,并进一步详细分析了不同类型天然纤维增强复合材料及其整体性能。研究发现,片状模塑成型所生成的草纤维/高相对分子质量聚乙烯复合材料冲击性能与热稳定性较好;基于纤维含量增加,大麻纤维毡增强复合材料拉伸强度与弯曲强度呈现增强趋势;基于纤维含量增加,单向剑麻纤维/环氧复合材料力学性能表现为线性优化增长状态;表面处理可有效改善天然纤维增强复合材料的吸水性能与湿热老化性能。 Based on the perspective of sporting goods materials,this paper briefly introduces the natural fiber,and further analyzes the different types of natural fiber reinforced composites and their overall performance in detail.The results show that,the impact property and thermal stability of the grass fiber/high molecular weight polyothylene with sheet molding composites are good;with the increase of fiber content,the tensile strength and flexural strength of hemp fiber mat reinforced composites show an increasing trend;with the increase of fiber content,the mechanical properties of unidirectional sisal fiber/epoxy composites show a linear optimal growth state;surface treatment can effectively improve the water absorption and hygrothermal aging properties of natural fiber reinforced composites.
