桄榔木屑为培养基质的黑皮鸡枞菌林下栽培试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]开展桄榔木屑为主要原料的珍稀食用菌品种黑皮鸡枞菌林下栽培试验,为食用菌栽培发现新原料。[方法 ]以黑皮鸡枞菌栽培种为材料,在出菇袋培养基中添加不同含量的桄榔木屑、鸡粪,研究培养基成分与覆土层厚度及成分对菌丝生长和生物转化率的影响。[结果]出菇培养基中桄榔木屑含量60%~70%与发酵鸡粪含量12%~16%的配合使用可促进黑皮鸡枞菌丝生长,生物转化率可达到76%~78%。黑皮鸡枞菌林下覆土栽培时,覆土层厚度以6~8 cm为宜,覆土层土壤中添加10%~15%的发酵鸡粪可使生物转化率提高到90%~92%。[结论]桄榔木屑可以替代棉籽壳作为黑皮鸡枞菌栽培的主要原料,发酵鸡粪则可以替代米糠并促进黑米鸡枞菌产量的提高,这一结果为林下其他食用菌栽培也提供了借鉴。 [Objective] In order to find new raw materials,cultivation experiment of Oudemansiella raphanipes with sawdust from gomuti palmt were carried out under the the forest. [Method] The effects of different culture medium with gomuti palmt sawdust and chicken manure on mycelial growth and bioconversion rate,and thickness and composition of overburden for fruiting body were studied. [Result] The combination of 60%-70%gomuti palm sawdust and 12 %-16 % fermented chicken manure could promote the mycelial growth of O. raphanipes,and 76%-78% of bioconversion rate could achieved. The suitable thickness of soil layer was 6-8 cm,and the bio-transformation rate could be increased to 90%-92% when 10%-15% fermented chicken manure was added to the soil layer under forest cultivation environment. [Conclution] The results of this study can provide a reference for the cultivation of edible fungi by sawdust from gomuti palm under the forest environment.
