摘要
烷基取代硝基胍是一类重要的中间体,在医药、农药及含能材料中有广泛应用。以价廉易得的卤代烃为初始原料,经过取代反应合成了6个目标化合物。此外,对影响反应的因素如催化剂及反应原料的投料比进行了讨论。以Na H为碱,在70℃下反应,1-(4-氯苄基)-2-硝基胍的收率为56.3%。
As crucial intermediates,alkyl substituent nitroguanidines has been widely used in many industries such as medicine,pesticide and energetic material.The six target compounds were synthesized by substitution reaction of nitroguanidines with readily available and cheap reagents haloalkane.The effects of catalyst and ratio of substrates on the yield were discussed.Using NaH as base,the compound 1-(4-chlorobenzyl)-2-nitroguanidines was obtained in yield of 56.3%at 70℃.
