摘要
安全生产管理是现代煤化工企业得以持续发展的前提保障。文章从安全事故的事前预防和事后应对两个角度出发,重点阐述了煤化工企业强化风险预控和提升应急能力的重要性,并提出具体的安全管理措施。
Production safety management is the premise guarantee for the sustainable development of modern coal chemical enterprises.This paper expounds the importance of strengthening risk pre-control and improving emergency response ability in coal chemical enterprises,and puts forward specif ic safety management measures from the perspectives of preventing and responding to safety accidents in advance.
