《化妆品安全评估技术导则(2021年版)》(以下简称《技术导则》)由国家药品监督管理局发布,2021年5月1日起实施。《技术导则》作为《化妆品监督管理条例》的配套文件,用于规范和指导化妆品安全评估工作。本文就《技术导则》的制定背景、制定原则和主要内容进行解读和说明,并探讨了实施后对化妆品监管部门、审评部门及生产企业等可能的影响和应对措施。
The Technical Guidelines for Cosmetics Safety Assessment(2021 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as Technical Guidelines) was issued by National Medical Products Administration, and came into effect on May 1, 2021. As a supporting document for the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics, Technical Guidelines are used to standardize and guide the safety assessment of cosmetics. This article interprets the background, principles, and main contents of the Technical Guidelines, and discusses the possible impact on cosmetics regulatory departments, evaluation departments and manufacturers after implementation and countermeasures.
