摘要
随着媒体融合进程的不断深入,我国县域融媒体在复合型人才缺乏、传播内容不足等方面遇到的困难逐渐显现.针对这些现实困难,党中央和国务院提出了走好全媒体时代群众路线,强化媒体与受众的联系,以开放平台吸引广大用户参与信息生产传播等解决方案,这与国内外学界和业界对用户生成内容(UGC)价值的探讨和强调相应和.本文通过对UGC的概念、典型案例等进行阐述,分析了UGC对我国县域媒体融合的应用价值,并进一步提出了利用技术手段实现对当地UGC的搜集和发布、以版面分区形式直接采纳用户投稿,以及构建漏斗型的UGC+PGC新闻生产模式等全媒体时代我国县域融媒体在UGC应用方面的策略和建议.
With the deepening of media convergence process,the plight of the countylevel converged media in China is gradually emerging,such as the lack of pluralistic talents and varied communication content.In view of these practical difficulties?the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have put forward solutions such as following the mass line in the era of allmedia,strengthening the connection between the media and the audience,and attracting the majority of users to participate in information production and dissemination with open platform,which is in line with the discussion and emphasis on the value of user generated content(UGC)in domestic and foreign academic fields.Based on the illustration of the concept of UGC and typical cases,this paper analyzes the application value of UGC to countylevel media convergence in China,then puts forward some strategies for the application of UGC in China's county convergent media in the allmedia era?such as directly adopting user generated contents,building a funnelshaped UGC+PGC news production mode,and using technical means to collect and release local UGC.
