摘要
目的 探讨磁性附着体在全口义齿修复患者中的应用效果。方法 50例全口义齿修复患者,按1∶1比例分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组选用球帽附着体修复,观察组选用磁性附着体修复。比较两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率、修复满意度及修复前后固定力、咀嚼效率。结果 观察组总有效率100.00%高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率8.00%低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组外观评分(97.72±4.52)分、舒适度评分(96.25±2.08)分、语言评分(95.38±2.64)分均高于对照组的(82.76±1.05)、(81.88±0.72)、(84.02±2.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复前,两组固定力、咀嚼效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后,观察组固定力(4.65±0.98)N、咀嚼效率(0.71±0.24)均大于对照组的(3.78±0.62)N、(0.52±0.22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 磁性附着体应用于全口义齿修复中可有效提高治疗效果,改善咀嚼效率和固定力,提升患者修复满意度,值得借鉴。
Objective To discuss the application effect of magnetic attachments in the restoration of complete dentures.Methods A total of 50 patients with complete denture restoration were divided into the control group and the observation group at a ratio of 1∶1,each with 25 cases.The control group received ball cap attachments for restoration,and the observation group received magnetic attachments for restoration.The clinical efficacy,complication rate,satisfaction with restoration,fixation force before and after repair,and mastication efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 100.00% in the observation group was higher than 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 8.00% of the observation group was lower than 32.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The appearance score(97.72±4.52)points,comfort score(96.25±2.08)points,and language score(95.38±2.64)points of the observation group were higher than(82.76±1.05),(81.88±0.72),(84.02±2.46)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before restoration,there was no statistically significant difference in the fixation force and masticatory efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05);after restoration,the fixation force(4.65±0.98)N and masticatory efficiency(0.71±0.24)of the observation group were greater than(3.78±0.62)N and(0.52±0.22)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of magnetic attachments in the restoration of complete dentures can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the masticatory efficiency and fixation force,and improve the satisfaction of patients with restoration,which is worthy of reference.
