摘要
目的 分析针灸联合补阳还五汤治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法 130例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组采取常规西医+康复训练方法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加针灸联合补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后临床指标评分。结果 治疗前,两组日常生活能力评分、肢体运动能力评分、神经功能缺损评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组日常生活能力评分(78.54±12.53)分及肢体运动能力评分(85.48±13.64)分均明显高于对照组的(70.23±11.65)、(67.83±11.54)分,神经功能缺损评分(7.42±4.02)分明显低于对照组的(13.84±4.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.92%,显著高于对照组的83.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取针灸联合补阳还五汤治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者能够有效提高治疗效果,改善患者日常生活活动能力和肢体运动能力,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 130 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical index scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of activities of daily living score,limb motor ability score,and neurological deficit score(P>0.05).After treatment,the activities of daily living score(78.54±12.53)points and limb motor ability score(85.48±13.64)points of the observation group were significantly higher than(70.23±11.65)and(67.83±11.54)points of the control group,and neurological deficit score(7.42±4.02)points was significantly lower than(13.84±4.94)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.92%,which was significantly higher than 83.08%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture in combination with Buyang Huanwu Decoction for patients with post-stroke hemiplegia can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,activities of daily living and limb motor ability of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
