摘要
目的以不同年份指定手术单病种医疗费用之间的差异为切入点,探讨32种指定手术单病种院内管理策略。方法选择广州某三甲医院2017年6月—2020年9月进行包皮过长、结肠息肉、取除骨折内固定装置、取除输尿管支架4种指定手术单病种的广州医保患者的不同年份医疗费用变化进行统计学分析。结果不同年份和不同就医方式的医疗费用、住院天数等均有下降,有统计学差异。结论通过对32种指定手术结算的监管,完善奖惩制度,实施临床路径,是控制医疗费用不合理增长的的有效手段。
Objective To explore the hospital management strategy of the difference in medical expenses between 32 types of Single disease species in different years. Methods The medical expenses of Guangzhou medical insurance patients with four designated surgical diseases, including excessive foreskin, colon polyps, removal of internal fixation devices for fractures, and removal of ureteral stents, were selected from June 2017 to September 2020 in a third-class hospital in Guangzhou. Learn to analyze the changes in medical expenses in different years. Results The medical expenses and length of hospital stay in different years and different methods of medical treatment decreased, and there were statistical differences. Conclusion It is an effective means to control the unreasonable growth of medical expenses by supervising the settlement of 32 types of designated operations, improving the reward and punishment system, and implementing the clinical path.
