中小型企业高层次人才流失的原因及对策 被引量:1

摘要 高层次人才队伍的稳定,是企业发展的持久动力,而高层次人才的流失是阻碍企业发展的重要因素。留住高层次人才,对企业的发展与竞争具有重要意义。以中小型企业为研究对象,从薪酬模式不合理、缺乏公平性,企业文化缺乏向心力、工作氛围不佳,工作成就感不足,缺乏合理的职业生涯规划、对高层次人才职业生涯规划不够重视,高层次人才流失预警机制不健全等方面分析中小型企业高层次人才流失的原因。同时,从制定合理有效的薪酬模式、持久激励,加强企业文化建设、增强企业的向心力,提升工作成就感,帮助高层次人才建立职业生涯规划,建设高层次人才流失预警机制、防患于未然等方面提出了相应的对策。以期能够为国内中小型企业人力资源管理尤其是高层次人才管理提供一些参考和启示。 The stability of high-level talents is the lasting driving force for the development of enterprises,and the loss of high-level talents is an important factor hindering the development of enterprises.Retaining high-level talents is of great significance to the development and competition of enterprises.In this paper,taking small and medium enterprises as the examples,the salary model is unreasonable and lack of fairness.Lack of centripetal force in corporate culture,poor working atmosphere,lack of sense of achievement,lack of reasonable career planning,do not pay enough attention to the compan’s high-level talent career planning;high-level brain drain early warning mechanism is not perfect and other aspects put forward the reasons for the high-level brain drain of small and medium enterprises.At the same time,from the formulation of a reasonable and effective salary model,lasting incentives;strengthen the construction of corporate culture,enhance the centripetal force of the enterprise;enhance the sense of achievement of employees;help high-level talents to establish career planning;build a high-level brain drain early warning mechanism,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures in several aspects of prevention.With a view to human resources management for domestic enterprises,especially to reduce high-level brain drain to provide some reference and inspiration.
