摘要
随着社会经济的飞速发展,我国城市高架桥钢箱梁吊装施工技术也在不断的进步,作为城市道路上的桥梁,高架桥的主要构成是高职称机构以及支柱,通过疏通交通的密度,使得土地面积能够被充分利用的同时还可以使运输效率提高,钢箱梁以其力学性能优良、外观平整、主梁跨度大、工期短等优点被广泛应用于城市高架桥的建设中。该文根据一个具体的案例项目,确定了高桥钢箱梁的吊装方案,选择起重机,确定吊点位置,选择钢丝绳,进行钢箱梁吊装时焊接过程的稳定性控制和分析。
With the rapid development of social economy,the construction technology of steel box girder for urban viaducts in China has also been in constant progress.As a bridge on urban roads,the main components of viaducts are high-level institutions and pillars.By dredging the density of traffic,the land area can be fully utilized and the transportation efficiency can be improved.Steel box girder is widely used in the construction of urban viaducts due to its excellent mechanical properties,flat appearance,large main girder span,and short construction period.Ac‐cording to a specific case project,this article determines the hoisting plan of high bridge steel box girder,selects the crane,determines the position of the hoisting point,selects the wire rope,and controls and analyzes the stability of the welding process during the hoisting of the steel box girder.
