摘要
微萃取技术在分析化学领域发展迅速,因具有装置小型化、自动化、环境友好、易与分析仪器联用等优势受到了广泛的关注.移液吸头固相萃取(PT-SPE)作为新型的样品前处理技术,集吸附剂材料少、溶剂消耗少、床层体积小、易于操作及通用性好等优点于一体,可广泛应用于环境、食品和生物样品等的前处理.本文概述了不同吸附剂种类、不同类型的PT-SPE装置及多样化的配置,综述了PT-SPE装置与不同分析仪器的联用技术,并对其发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望.
Micro-extraction technology has developed rapidly in the field of analytical chemistry, and has attracted widespread attention because of its advantages of miniaturization, automation, environmentally friendly and easy to combine with analytical instruments. Pipette tip solid-phase extraction(PT-SPE), as a new sample pretreatment technology, integrates advantages of consuming less adsorbent and solvent, small bed volume, easy operation and good versatility. It has been widely used in the field of environment, food and biological samples, etc. This review overviews the categories of adsorbents, different types and diversified configurations of PT-SPE, summarizes the technique of PTSPE devices coupling with different analytical instruments, and prospects further trends and prospects in this field.
