摘要
目的探讨厦门市某三级综合性医院护士睡眠质量现状及其影响因素。方法采用横断面研究的方法选取2020年11月我院642名临床护士进行问卷调查,共收回618份有效问卷。通过调查获取护士一般人口学特征、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)及护士工作相关特征。数据的统计方法运用χ^(2)检验和多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果临床护士的睡眠质量总分是(8.49±2.63)分。多因素非条件logistic回归分析调整混杂因素后结果显示,已婚(OR=1.95,95%CI=1.14~3.35)、技术职称(OR=2.64,95%CI=1.19~5.86)、夜班工作时间为9~12 h(OR=2.39,95%CI=1.43~4.00)、支援发热门诊/机场/疫苗接种门诊(OR=2.44,95%CI=1.37~4.32)、工作满意度一般(OR=1.62,95%CI=1.19~2.19)或不满意(OR=1.86,95%CI=1.34~2.57)是临床护士睡眠质量差的重要影响因素。结论婚姻状况、职称、夜班工作时长、是否支援发热门诊/机场/疫苗接种门诊以及工作满意度是我院临床护士睡眠质量差的重要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the sleep quality of nurses in a tertiary General Hospital in Xiamen and its influencing factors.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among 642 clinical nurses in our hospital in November 2020.A total of 618 valid questionnaires were collected.The general demographic characteristics of nurses,Pittsburgh sleep quality inventory(PSQI)and work-related characteristics of nurses were investigated by questionnaires.Chi-square test and multivariate non-conditional Logistic regression analysis were used as the statistical methods.Results The average sleep quality of clinical nurses was(8.49±2.63).Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis adjusted for confounding factors:married(OR=1.95,95%CI=1.14-3.35);technical title(OR=2.64,95%CI=1.19-5.86);night shift length of 9-12 hours(OR=2.39,95%CI=1.43-4.00);Supporting fever clinic/airport/vaccination clinic(OR=2.44,95%CI=1.37-4.32);Job Satisfaction(OR=1.62,95%CI=1.19-2.19)or dissatisfaction(OR=1.86,95%CI=1.34-2.57)were important factors influencing poor sleep quality of clinical nurses.Conclusion Marital status,professional title,working hours of night shift,whether to support fever clinic/airport/vaccination clinic,and job satisfaction are the important factors that affect the sleep quality of clinical nurses in our hospital.
