摘要
为顺利开展目标地块污染土壤的修复工作,消除污染隐患,确保人体健康,对重金属污染地块风险评估及土壤修复技术筛选进行了研究,分析了目标地块环境特征及污染现状,并进行了重金属污染地块风险评估。风险评估结果表明,目标地块土壤中存在风险不可接受的污染物包括铜、镍和铅,由于地下水中超标污染物铜和镍缺少与人体接触的暴露途径且对于在此处施工的工人致癌风险和非致癌危害商均在可接受风险水平,建议后续地块开发后限制地下水的使用,加强对地下水的风险管控,不需要对地下水开展修复;进行了土壤修复技术筛选研究,主要包括固化/稳定化技术、水泥窑协同处置技术、土壤淋洗技术、化学氧化/还原技术、微生物修复技术、焚烧技术、阻隔填埋技术等,并经过可接受性、操作性、效率、修复时间、修复成本等多种因素的综合对比、考虑,确定3种备选修复技术组合。研究为下一步修复工程的顺利开展奠定了坚实的基础。
In order to smoothly carry out the restoration of the contaminated soil of the target plot,eliminate potential pollution hazards,and ensure human health,the risk assessment of heavy metal contaminated plots and the selection of soil remediation technology were studied,and the environmental characteristics and pollution status of the target plot were analyzed.Risk assessment of land contaminated by heavy metals.The risk assessment results showed that there were unacceptable pollutants in the soil of the target plot,including copper,nickel and lead.Because the excessive pollutants in the groundwater,copper and nickel lack the exposure pathways to contact with the human body and cause cancer risk to the workers who construct here both the non-carcinogenic hazards and the non-carcinogenic hazards were at an acceptable risk level.It was recommended that the use of groundwater be restricted after the subsequent development of the plot,and the risk control of groundwater should be strengthened,without the need to remediate groundwater;a soil remediation technology screening study was carried out,mainly including solidification/stabilization chemical technology,cement kiln co-processing technology,soil leaching technology,chemical oxidation/reduction technology,microbial remediation technology incineration technology,barrier landfill technology,etc.,and passed acceptability,operability,efficiency,repair time,repair cost,etc.Comprehensive comparison and consideration of multiple factors,to determine 3 alternative repair technology combinations.This research had laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of the next restoration project.
