无线传感技术在煤矿火灾自动报警系统中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 煤矿火灾自动报警系统延时问题一直是一个难题,提出基于无线传感技术的煤矿火灾自动报警系统,系统由多个模块构成,其中数据采集模块能够准确、可靠地对传感器的状态信息数字信号采集。无线传感网络模块用于系统通信和环境因素、感知对象的采集与检测,利用无线传感技术传送信息。自动报警模块由联动控制单元和火灾监测模块构成。数据处理模块主要结合神经网络和模糊控制对火灾判断进行辅助,解决延迟问题。通过模块中的硬件和软件,实现了联动控制、火灾报警等功能。对系统进行布设与测试,发现系统在点火后烟雾浓度较高时,仅需0.77 s进行延时和平均处理;系统的通信延迟时间很短,最短只有1.32 s的延迟。说明系统实用性较高,继续提升后可能投入应用。 The delay problem of coal mine automatic fire alarm system has always been a difficult problem.A coal mine automatic fire alarm system based on wireless sensor technology was proposed.The system is composed of multiple modules,in which the data acquisition module can accurately and reliably collect the status information and digital signal of the sensor.Wireless sensor network module is used for system communication,collection and detection of environmental factors and sensing objects.It mainly uses wireless sensor technology to transmit information.The automatic alarm module is composed of linkage control unit and fire monitoring module.The data processing module mainly combines neural network and fuzzy control to assist fire judgment and solve the problem of delay.Through the hardware and software in the module,the functions of linkage control and fire alarm were realized.The system was deployed and tested.It was found that when the smoke concentration of the system is high after ignition,it only needs 0.77 s for delay and average treatment,the communication delay time of the system is very short,with a minimum delay of 1.32 s.It shows that the system has high practicability and may be put into application after continuous improvement.
