摘要
以某5跨钢-混凝土叠合连续梁桥工程为实例,通过现场对该实桥实施静力荷载试验,内容包括待测点位置选取、测试荷载大小及测试荷载布置、加载顺序及方式,将试验数据与有限元模拟计算数据分别提取并加以比较,分析试验实测与理论计算的应力应变比值和位移比值,提取相应应力与挠度的分布域,验证桥跨结构刚度、强度及工作性能是否符合标准。静力荷载试验显示,该5跨钢-混凝土叠合连续梁桥强度、刚度、工作性能均满足规范的要求。
Combining with a steel-concrete composite continuous girder bridge project,the content and method of static load testing of the bridge were introduced,including arrangement of measuring points,load arrangement,loading order and loading method.The distribution range of stress and deflection was obtained by analyzing the stress-strain ratio and displacement ratio between experimental and theoretical calculation,in order to test whether the stiffness,strength and working performance of the bridge span meet the standard.The results showed that the strength,stiffness and working performance of the bridge meet the standard.
