摘要
目的:探讨全血IQ结构域GTP酶激活蛋白3(IQGAP3)mRNA表达对肝细胞癌(HCC)的诊断价值。方法:以30例健康人为对照组,41例HCC患者为HCC组,比较2组全血IQGAP3 mRNA表达的差异。分析HCC组患者全血IQGAP3 mRNA表达与临床资料、血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)的相关性,ROC曲线分析IQGAP3 mRNA、AFP及两者联合对HCC的诊断效能。结果:HCC组全血IQGAP3 mRNA表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。HCC患者全血中IQGAP3 mRNA表达在不同TNM分期间存在差异(P<0.05),在年龄(P=0.645)、性别(P=0.702)、是否携带HBV表面抗原组间(P=0.147)无显著差异,与血清AFP呈正相关(r=0.713,P<0.01),IQGAP3 mRNA联合AFP的ROC曲线下面积为0.855(95%可信区间0.770~0.940),高于单独使用AFP的0.813(95%可信区间0.712~0.913)。结论:全血IQGAP3 mRNA表达对HCC有诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of blood IQ domain GTPase activating protein 3(IQGAP3)mRNA expression in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:30 healthy patients were enrolled in control group and 41 HCC patients were enrolled in HCC group.The difference of blood IQGAP3 mRNA expression was compared in two groups.The correlation between blood IQGAP3 mRNA expression and patients’clinical data and serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)was analyzed in HCC group.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnosis value of IQGAP3 mRNA combined with AFP,IQGAP3 mRNA and AFP individually.Results:The expression of blood IQGAP3 mRNA in HCC group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The blood IQGAP3 mRNA expression of HCC patients were different in different clinical stages(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences among age(P=0.645),sex(P=0.702)and HBV surface antigen carrier groups(P=0.147).The blood IQGAP3 mRNA expression was correlated with serum AFP(r=0.713,P<0.01).The area under curve(AUC)of IQGAP3 mRNA combined with AFP(AUC=0.855,95%CI 0.770~0.940)was higher than that of AFP(AUC=0.813,95% CI 0.712~0.913)individually.Conclusion:The blood IQGAP3 mRNA expression has diagnostic value in HCC.
