摘要
某油田井下油管起出后,发现存在多处腐蚀穿孔。对腐蚀穿孔处油管的宏观形貌、材质、硬度、微观组织、结垢趋势、冲蚀评估和腐蚀产物进行了分析,结果表明,油管的化学成分满足API 5CT标准中对N80油管的要求,腐蚀穿孔是由油管内部腐蚀所致,油管底部同时受介质中颗粒物的冲刷腐蚀与酸性液相腐蚀双重作用,最终导致油管腐蚀穿孔。
It is found that there are many corrosion perforations on tube when pulling out downhole string from production well in an oilfield.Failure analysis was undertaken by means of macro morphology analysis and measurement,material analysis,hardness analysis,micro metallographic analysis,scaling trend prediction,erosion evaluation and corrosion product analysis.The studies showed that chemical composition of tube meets the requirements for N80 tube in API 5CT standard and the failure was caused by internal corrosion.The perforation of tube bottom results from the dual effects by particles erosion corrosion in medium and acidic liquid environment.
