摘要
为了研究竹炭涤纶纤维/棉混纺织物的抗菌性能,将竹炭涤纶纤维与全棉白布以一定比例混合作为试样,以GB/T 20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》为标准,对不同比例的混合试样,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等3种不同菌种的抗菌性能进行研究。结果表明,当竹炭涤纶纤维含量为50%时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为87%、76%,当竹炭涤纶纤维含量为60%时,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率为68%,达到标准中的规定。在实际应用中,应使用60%以上的比例为佳。
In order to study on the antibacterial activity of bamboo-carbon polyester fiber and cotton fiber blended yarn,the samples were tested depended on the standard of GB/T 20944.3-2008.Seven different blended ratios of bamboo-carbon polyester fiber and cotton fiber were tested.The result shows that as the content of bamboo-carbon polyester fiber reaches 50%,therates of bacterial inhibition against Bacillus coli and Staphylococcus aureus increase to 87%and 76%,when the content of bamboo-carbon polyester fiber reaches 60%,the rate of bacterial inhibition against Candida Albicans increases to 68%,which is consistent with the provisions in the standard.
