摘要
巴润矿是以开采铁矿石为主多金属矿种统筹开采的超大型露天矿山,矿床成因复杂,矿体空间上彼此交联,若采用大区微差爆破模式开采,易造成各类矿、岩相互混入,有用矿石回收率低、贫化率高的现象,若采用分穿分爆方式开采,爆区规模较小,生产效率低。针对此问题,提出了一次爆破矿岩分离爆破技术和电铲精准挖掘指示技术,在不降低生产效率的前提下实现矿岩混合爆区矿岩有效分离,降低废石混入率的目标。试验爆区表明,爆破分离技术实现了矿岩边界明显深凹沟槽、爆破矿石沿等时线方向抛掷运动的良好效果,同时利用矿岩边界指示系统,方便了电铲司机辨别混合爆堆的矿石和岩石,可有效降低矿岩混合爆区的废石混入率。
Barun Mine is a super-large open-pit mine with iron ore as the main polymetallic ore.The genesis of the deposit is complex,and the ore bodies are cross-linked in space.If the large area millisecond blasting mode is adopted,it is easy to cause the mixing of various minerals and rocks,and the recovery rate of useful ore is low and the dilution rate is high.If the mining method is adopted,the blasting area is small and the production efficiency is low.In view of this problem,the primary blasting technology of ore-rock separation and the electric shovel precision mining indication technology are proposed to achieve the effective separation of ore and rock in the ore-rock mixed blasting area and reduce the waste rock mixing rate without reducing the production efficiency.The test explosion area shows that the separation blasting technology realizes the good effect of the deep groove on the ore-rock boundary and the throwing movement of the blasting ore along the isochronal direction.At the same time,the ore and rock indication system based on the accurate positioning of the BMM beacon is convenient for the shovel driver to identify the ore and rock of the mixed explosion pile,which can effectively reduce the waste rock mixing rate in the ore-rock mixed explosion area.
