摘要
中国共产党农村基层党组织建设的百年历程,凸显了坚持顶层设计与基层首创相统一、注重改革创新与稳步推进相结合,以及加强党建总体布局与服务乡村振兴相衔接等基本特征。中国共产党农村基层党组织百年建设的历程表明,推动农村基层党组织建设再上新台阶,需要始终如一夯实农村基层党组织在农村的组织基础、慎始如终狠抓农村基层党组织自身建设与一以贯之坚持党的群众路线。
The centennial course of the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations of the Communist Party of China highlights the basic characteristics of adhering to the unity of top-level design and grass-roots initiative,paying attention to the combination of reform and innovation and steady progress,and strengthening the connection between the overall layout of Party construction and serving rural revitalization.The course of centennial construction of rural grass-roots party organizations of the Communist Party of China shows that to promote the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations to a new level,we need to consistently consolidate the organizational foundation of rural grass-roots party organizations in rural areas,continually pay close attention to the self-construction of rural grass-roots party organizations and constantly stick to the party's mass line.
