摘要
目的探讨闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童尺桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗21例儿童尺桡骨远端骨折。记录骨折愈合、功能恢复和并发症发生情况,根据腕关节Gartland-Werley评分标准评定疗效。结果患儿均获得随访,时间3~12个月。骨折均愈合,时间6~16周。未出现神经血管损伤及针道感染。末次随访时,根据Gartland-Werley评分标准评定腕关节功能:优20例,良1例。结论闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童尺桡骨远端骨折具有损伤小、复位好、固定牢靠、骨折愈合快、功能恢复良好的优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire in the treatment of distal ulnar and radial fractures in children.Methods The 21 children with distal ulnar and radial fractures were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation.The situation of fracture healing,functional recovery and complications occurrence were recorded.The effect was evaluated with Gartland-Werley score criterion of wrist joint.Results All children were followed up for 3~12 months.All fractures reached bony healing within 6~16 weeks.There were no neurovascular injury and pin-track infection.At the last follow-up,the curative function was evaluated with Gartland-werley score of wrist joint:excellent in 20 cases and good in 1 case.Conclusions Closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation are used in the treatment of distal ulnar and radial fractures in children,which have the advantages of less trauma,good reduction,firm fixation,fast fracture healing and good functional recovery.
