一种非对称半潜式起重平台有无横撑方案对比

摘要 以25000 t非对称半潜式起重平台为基础,对比选择有无横撑的影响因素及主要技术内容。对船型结构设计,基于简化横撑为刚架梁与板壳混合模型评估方法,对比有无横撑方案、不同横撑组合方案之间的总体屈服强度。研究表明,在有横撑方案中,设计2根横撑并行排列,内距9 m配合直径4.0~4.5 m过度的方案较为合理,横撑可降低上船体横舱壁及上部连接处的应力幅值,但有横撑方案增加横撑强度评估及横撑与立柱连接处的高应力区,而无横撑方案可规避此问题,减少结构设计难点。因此,有无横撑方案各有优劣,主要由总体和功能需求确定。 Based on 25000 t asymmetric Semi-Submersible Crane Vessel(SSCV),the influencing factors and main technical items of bracing selection are compared.For structural design,according to the simplified evaluation method of hybrid rigid beam replacing brace and shell model,the global strength of the schemes with and without bracings,different bracing combinations is compared.The research shows that among all the design with braces,it is most reasonable to design two parallel braces,with an inner distance of 9 m and an excessive diameter of 4.0-4.5 m.The maximum yielding stress of the transverse bulkheads and the upper connection is decreased by brace,but the brace strength evaluation and high stress area at the connection between braces and columns are increased,which could be avoided by non-bracing scheme,thus reducing the structural design difficulties.Therefore,the design with and without bracing is of its own advantages and disadvantages,which is mainly determined by the naval and functional requirements.
