摘要 本文介绍了一种新型冶金炉一体式开铁口钻具及其焊接工艺,用于钎头、钎杆和钎尾的焊接,该工艺步骤包括将待焊接钎头、钎杆及钎尾整体进行热处理,对焊接部位进行抛光处理,焊接部位进行300~400℃预热,用电焊条从对接面底部开始沿钎杆圆周方向自内向外进行竖向焊接,焊接至焊口深度的1/2时用电焊条开始沿钎杆长度方向进行横向焊接,焊接面呈半圆弧形状;焊接部位保温、冷却;将焊接部位进行喷丸处理。本文介绍的工艺是将钎杆与钎头、钎尾焊接为一体,减少了组装配件,避免了螺纹部位容易断裂的问题;焊接工艺的优化组合,明显提高了钎杆焊接部位的疲劳强度和使用寿命,实现了一套开铁口钻具可以重复使用,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本。 This paper introduces a new type of metallurgical furnace integrated drill and its welding technology,which is used to weld the drill head,drill Rod and drill tail.The process includes heat treatment of the drill head,drill Rod and drill tail,the welding part is polished,the welding part is preheated from 300℃to 400℃,and the vertical welding is carried out from the bottom of the butt joint surface to the outside along the circumference of the brazing Rod,when welding to 1/2 of the depth of the welding joint,the transverse welding is carried out with the electrode along the length of the brazing rod,and the welding surface is in the shape of a semicircle arc.The technology introduced in this paper is to integrate the brazing rod with the brazing head and the brazing tail,thus reducing the assembling fittings and avoiding the problem of easy fracture of the threaded parts,and the optimized combination of the welding technology,the fatigue strength and service life of the brazed rod welding part are obviously increased,and a set of drill tools with taphole can be used repeatedly,the working efficiency is improved,and the production cost is reduced.
