摘要
目的分析6S管理模式在眼科手术室仪器与精密器械管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月在职护理人员40名作为此次研究对象,2018年1—12月实施传统管理方法,2019年1—12月实施6S管理模式,比较6S管理模式实施前后的仪器、精密器械的管理效果,专科考核评分以及各专科手术科室满意度。结果6S管理模式实施后的仪器、器械的管理效果,专科考核评分以及手术科室满意度均高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眼科手术室仪器与精密器械管理中应用6S管理模式,其效果显著,可以考虑积极推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of 6S management mode in the management of instruments and precision instruments in the ophthalmology operating room.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,40 cases of in-service nursing staff were selected as the research object.The traditional management method was implemented from January to December 2018,and the 6S management model was implemented from January to December 2019.Before and after the implementation of the 6S management model,the management effects of instruments and precision instruments,the assessment scores of specialists,and the satisfaction of various surgical departments.Results After the implementation of the 6S management model,the management effect of the instruments and equipment,the score of the specialist examination and the satisfaction of the surgical department were higher than those before the implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the 6S management model in the management of instruments and precision instruments in the ophthalmology operating room has significant effects and can be considered for active promotion.
