摘要
内蒙古某厂CO_(2)压缩机自开车以来,出口管道振动始终十分强烈,带动整个厂房二层格栅板振动,已严重影响管道的安全运行,现场人员通过不断加固支架,使振动稍有缓解,但管道和楼板依然振动强烈,急待进一步解决。离心压缩机由于运行平稳,管道气体脉动低,几乎不存在和往复压缩机相同的管道振动问题,国内也几乎没有相应的解决案例[1]。本文通过实地测量管道应力和模态分析,并结合工艺参数计算旋涡脱落频率,找到了管道振动原因,并提出整改方案,整改后管线振动明显降低。
Ever since start-up of the CO_(2) compressor in an Inner Mongolia plant,its outlet pipe has been suffering from strong vibration,shaking the grid plates across the second floor of the building,severely affecting the safe operation of the outlet pipeline.Despite reinforcement of the brackets by on-site personnel,vibration was only slightly alleviated.Pipeline and grid plates remain under strong vibration,which needs urgent solution.Usually,centrifugal compressors operate steadily,with low gas pulsation in pipelines,thus they are rarely bothered by pipeline vibration problems which often plague reciprocating compressors.Therefore,few similar cases in China can be referred to as a solution[1].This paper finds out the causes of pipe vibration by measuring pipeline stress and modal analysis in the field,and calculating the frequency of vortex shedding based on process parameters.It also provides a rectification scheme.After rectifying,pipeline vibration is reduced obviously.
