摘要
目的建立医疗健康人工智能应用标准体系框架,明确应用标准研究方向和重点。方法以发展需求为导向,结合相关标准现状,有针对性地构建标准体系框架。结果建立了主要由基础共性标准、人工智能基础技术、技术风险、产品与服务标准、医疗健康领域应用实践标准、安全伦理、应用评估标准等组成的应用标准体系规划框架。结论以标准化为重要抓手,从人工智能技术发展及医疗健康行业相关应用场景和重点领域入手,构建的医疗健康行业人工智能应用标准体系,必将支撑引领医疗健康人工智能持续健康、安全、快速发展。
Objective Establish the application standard framework of medical artificial intelligence.Clarify the research direction and focus.Methods Take the development demand as the guidance,combining with the current situation of relevant standards,build a targeted standard system framework.Results The application standard framework is established,which is mainly composed of basic common standards,basic artificial intelligence technology,technical risks,product and service standards,application practice standards,safety ethics and application evaluation standards.Conclusion Taking standardization as an important point,starting with the artificial intelligence technology and relevant application scenarios and key fields,constructing application standard framework in the medical and health industry.The framework will support and lead the sustainable,safe and rapid development of medical and health artificial intelligence.
