摘要
目的了解湖北省中医医院信息化人才队伍建设现状,提出相关建议,为中医药信息化发展奠定人才基础。方法基于中医药信息化建设现状调查数据,应用GraphPad Prism 8、SPSS 26进行数据分析。结果参与调查的中医医院信息专业人才数量不足,学历、专业和职称分布不合理,信息化人才质量有待进一步提高,在职教育、专业技术培训有待进一步加强。结论建议明确中医医院信息化人才配备标准,建立稳定的人才发展机制,加强人才培养等,提升现有信息化人才素质,强化信息化对中医医疗服务体系的支撑。
Objective To understand the status quo of the construction of informatization talents in Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM,and put forward relevant suggestions to lay a talent foundation for the development of informatization of Chinese medicine.Methods Based on the survey data of informatization construction of TCM,data analysis was conducted using GraphPad Prism 8 and SPSS 26.Results The number of information professionals in TCM hospitals involved in the survey was insufficient,the distribution of educational background,major and professional title was not reasonable,the quality of information professionals needed to be further improved,and in-service education and professional and technical training needed to be further strengthened.Conclusion It is suggested to introduce or recruit TCM informationized talents,improve the quality of existing informationized talents,and strengthen the construction of TCM informationized medical service system by clarifying the standard of TCM informationized personnel allocation,establishing a stable talent development mechanism,and strengthening the cultivation of talents.
