摘要
创新发展对于我国落实新发展理念具有重要意义。河南省作为经济大省,在创新引领经济社会发展的现阶段,理应高度重视创新发展,重视知识产权强省战略的推进和落地。研究从理论层面充分解析“知识产权强省”战略的重要性,从实践层面清醒认识河南省实施“知识产权强省”战略的急迫性,在决策层面提出了要加大高质量知识产权开发,重视知识产权交易与保护,为河南省“知识产权强省”战略取得更大成效,探索拓展创新知识产权发展环境的参考对策。
Innovative development is of great significance to China's implementation of the new development concept.As a big economic province,Henan province should attach great importance to innovative development and the promotion and implementation of the provincial strategy with strong intellectual property rights at the present stage of innovation-led economic and social development.This study fully analyzed the importance of the strategy of"Strong intellectual property rights of the province"in Henan from the theoretical level,clearly recognized the urgency of implementing the strategy of"Strong intellectual property rights of the province"in Henan from the practical level,and proposed to strengthen the development of high-quality intellectual property rights and attach importance to the trade and protection of intellectual property rights at the decision-making level.In order to achieve greater results in strategy of"Strong intellectual property rights of the province"in Henan,this paper explores the reference countermeasures to expand the development environment of innovative intellectual property.
