摘要
为定量评价山区高速公路的交通安全状况,对云南省老营至澜沧江山区高速公路进行实测数据观测,开展交通安全评价研究.基于速度以及速度离散性对交通安全的影响,分析其与交通事故之间的内在关系;利用平曲线特征将评价路段分为若干断面,基于实际速度运行特征提出了观测速度特征统计分析方法;将统计数据结合道路线形条件评价路段交通安全水平并提出相应的交通安全改善措施.研究结果表明:基于实际速度运行特征的山区高速公路交通安全性分析方法与采用新型数据采集手段得到的车速数据形成优势互补.研究提供了一种面向实测数据的评价思路,提倡速度限制以及利用速度数据来调整道路交通安全状况与减少交通事故,可为山区高速公路交通安全性分析提供参考.
In order to quantitatively evaluate the traffic safety status of mountain expressway,the measured data of mountain expressway from laoying to lancangjiang in yunnan province are observed,and the traffic safety evaluation research is carried out.According to the influence of speed and speed dispersion on traffic safety,the internal relationship between speed and traffic accident is analyzed.Making use of the characteristics of horizontal curve,the evaluation section is divided into several sections,and a statistical analysis method of observed speed characteristics is proposed based on the actual speed operation characteristics.Combining the statistical data with the road alignment condition,the traffic safety level of section is evaluated and the corresponding traffic safety improvement measures are put forward.The results show that the analysis method of traffic safety of mountain expressway based on the actual speed operation characteristics and the speed data obtained by the new data collection method form complementary advantages.The study provides a kind of evaluation idea for the measured data,advocates the speed limit and uses the speed data to adjust the road traffic safety condition and reduce traffic accidents,which can provide a reference for the traffic safety analysis of mountain expressway.
