MgO对1Cr13不锈钢连铸保护渣转折温度的影响

摘要 为了改善高碱度保护渣的润滑性能,在高碱度(R=1.5,R=1.7)保护渣中添加MgO调节保护渣转折温度,采用旋转黏度计测量保护渣黏温曲线,结合factsage热力学软件物相析出模拟研究MgO对高碱度保护渣转折温度的影响规律。试验结果表明,不同MgO含量对保护渣转折温度有重要影响:R=1.5与R=1.7时,MgO质量分数在2%~4%,转折温度随MgO质量分数增高而降低。当MgO质量分数在6%~10%时保护渣转折温度随MgO质量分数增加而升高;提高碱度后MgO的影响效果降低,当MgO质量分数由2%增加至4%,R=1.5组分的保护渣转折温度降低了95℃,R=1.7组分的保护渣转折温度降低了32℃。MgO质量分数由4%增加至6%,R=1.5组分的保护渣转折温度升高了42℃,R=1.7组分的保护渣转折温度升高了11℃。可以发现,不同含量的MgO对保护渣转折温度的影响也是不一样的。 In order to study the influence of MgO on the breaking temperature of mold flux under the condition of high alkalinity(R=1.5,R=1.7).A rotary viscometer was used to measure the viscosity-temperature curve of the mold powder,and combined the phase precipitation with thermodynamic software,the effect of MgO on transition temperature of high basicity casting powder was simulated during the solidification of the mold powder.The results show that different MgO content has an important effect on the breaking temperature of the mold flux:At R=1.5 and R=1.7,The MgO content is between 2%and 6%,and the breaking temperature decreases as the MgO content increases.When the MgO content is between 6%and 10%,the mold flux breaking temperature increases with the increase of MgO content;After increasing alkalinity,the effect of MgO decreases.When the mass fraction of MgO increases from 2%to 4%,the transition temperature of R=1.5 component decreases by 95℃,and that of R=1.7 component decreases by 32℃.The mass fraction of MgO increased from 4%to 6%,the transition temperature of R=1.5 component increased by 42℃,and the transition temperature of R=1.7 component increased by 11℃.
