摘要
柴油加氢改质装置脱硫塔在上一轮大修进行高效抗堵型喷射态塔盘技术(SDMP)塔盘改造后,出现塔压差高、气相带液及脱后气H_(2)S含量超标的现象。用软化水对脱硫塔进行冲洗后运行恢复正常。经分析研究后发现导致脱硫塔压差高、气相带液的主要原因是胺液系统中的硫化氢腐蚀产物——固态硫化亚铁部分堵塞了塔盘降液管底隙;次要原因是热稳态盐引起胺液发泡。对设备选材及胺液系统运行操作进行控制,增设胺液过滤、净化单元,才是破解脱硫塔压差高、气相带液难题的有效手段。
After the desulfurization tower of the diesel hydro-upgrading unit was transformed into the SDMP tray(high-efficiency and anti-clogging spray state tray technology)in the last round of overhaul,it had the phenomenon of high tower pressure difference,gas phase with liquid and excessive hydrogen sulfide content in the desulfurized gas.After flushing the desulfurization tower with demineralized water,the operation of the desulfurization tower returned to normal.Through analysis and research,it is found that the main reason for the high pressure difference of the desulfurization tower and the liquid in the gas phase is the hydrogen sulfide corrosion product in the amine liquid system,by which solid ferrous sulfide partially blocked the bottom gap of the tray downcomer;the secondary reason is that thermostable salt causes foaming of the amine solution.Controlling the selection of equipment and the operation of the amine liquid system,adding amine liquid filtration and purification units,are effective means to solve the problem of high pressure difference in the desulfurization tower and liquid entrained in the gas phase.
