摘要
选取不同的纸浆材料进行纸艺作品创作,旨在为纸浆材料的利用探索更多的可能性。选取阔叶木浆、针叶木浆、漂白针叶木浆与纳米纤维素,利用抄纸机进行抄纸成型后测试其纸张性能,再通过激光雕刻技术制成2D或3D纸艺作品。结果显示,不同纸浆材料制成的纸张性能不同,适合制成的纸艺作品也不同,阔叶木浆和原针叶木浆的纤维较长,成丝性能好,而漂白针叶木浆在漂白过程中,纤维受到破坏,较为破碎,纳米纤维素纤维较细较短。耐撕裂度和耐破度测试表明,原针叶木浆性能最好,漂白后的针叶木浆性能大大下降,甚至略低于阔叶木浆,纳米纤维素性能最差。在后期的激光雕刻工艺中也发现,用原针叶木浆抄成的纸张最适合雕刻成型,其次是阔叶木浆和漂白针叶木浆,而纳米纤维素在后期激光雕刻实验时易被雕刻机发出的火花灼烧,不适合作为制作纸艺作品的原料。
Choosing different pulp materials to create paper art works aims to explore more possibilities for the utilization of pulp materials.Hardwood awards,softwood pulp,bleached softwood pulp and nanocellulose were selected,and the paper properties were tested after papermaking use paper machine.Then 2 D or 3 D paper art works were made by laser engraving technology.The properties of paper made from different pulp materials are different,and the suitable paper art works are also different.The SEM shows,hardwood pulp and original softwood pulp have longer fibers and have good yarn performance.Bleached softwood pulp in the bleaching process,the fiber is damaged,so it is broken.Nanocellulose fibers are thinner and shorter.Tear resistance and burst strength test shows the original softwood pulp has the best performance,the performance of bleached softwood pulp is greatly reduced,even slightly lower than hardwood pulp,Nanocellulose has the worst performance.In the later laser engraving process,it was also found that the paper made from the original softwood pulp is most suitable for engraving,followed by hardwood pulp and bleached softwood pulp.
