摘要
板桁结构形式是桥梁结构中经常采用的结构形式。考虑制造方便和结构优化设计,本文研究了位移约束的周期性板桁结构拓扑优化设计问题,将板桁结构的板区域看成优化设计的非设计区域,将桁架部分看成设计区域,通过引入周期性约束条件将桁架区域划分成若干个周期子区域,并采用位移约束的拓扑优化方法进行优化设计,实现了指定周期约束的板桁结构拓扑优化设计。算例结果表明,优化迭代过程平稳,获得了清晰的板桁结构优化拓扑构型,可应用于工程实际。
Plate-truss composite structure is often used in bridge structure. Considering the convenience of manufacturing and structural optimization design, the topology optimization design of periodic plate-truss composite structure with displacement constraints is studied in this paper. The plate area of plate-truss composite structure is regarded as the non-design area of optimal design, and the truss part is regarded as the design area. By introducing periodic constraints, the truss area is divided into several periodic sub areas, and the topology optimization method of displacement constraints is used to realize the topology optimization design of plate-truss composite structure with specified periodic constraints. The example results show that the optimization iteration process is stable, and a clear optimal topology configuration of plate truss structure is obtained, which can be applied to engineering practice.
