摘要
旧城更新是解决城市发展空间受限、盘活低效用地的有效方式。本文以泰宁古城西侧边缘区的旧城更新为例,通过阐述位于古城边缘,受山水格局、传统风貌、历史沿革等因素影响的旧城区域在更新过程中面临的困境,从空间、文化、生态、人文、经济等角度提出相应策略,为旧城更新提供借鉴。
Old city renewal is an effective way to solve the limited space for urban development and revitalize inefficient land.Taking the renewal of the old city on the western edge of Taining old city as an example,this article explains the dilemma faced by the old city area in the process of renewal,which is located on the edge of the ancient city and affected by the landscape pattern,traditional style,historical evolution and other factors.Corresponding strategies are proposed from the perspectives of space,culture,ecology,humanities,and economy so as to provide reference for the renewal of old city.
