摘要
为解决大体积混凝土施工期间存在的裂缝、水化热过大等问题,本文结合新产业生物大厦施工案例,对裂缝病害出现的水化热、内外约束等原因做出详细分析,并对大体积混凝土施工期间的模板工程、钢筋绑扎、混凝土运输、浇筑与振捣等环节的施工要点做出研究。从优化配合比、混凝土养护等方面提出大体积混凝土质量控制措施,为混凝土施工的裂缝预防提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of cracks and excessive hydration heat during mass concrete construction,combined with the construction case of New Industry Biology Building,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the causes of hydration heat as well as internal and external constraints of crack diseases,and studies the construction key points for mass concrete engineering cases from formwork engineering,reinforcement binding,concrete transportation,pouring and vibration.Finally,this paper studies the quality control measures of mass concrete construction from the aspects of optimizing mix proportion and concrete maintenance,so as to provide reference for crack prevention in concrete construction.
