摘要
氨氮是水环境的重要监测指标。纳氏试剂分光光度法是环境监测的主要方法。通过对该方法的主要影响因素、干扰物质及消除方法进行总结,使该方法达到最优化,减小误差,从而使数据更加准确、可靠。
Ammonia nitrogen is an important monitoring index of water environment.Nessler reagent spectrophotometry is the main method of environmental monitoring.This paper summarized the main influencing factors,interference substances and elimina-tion methods of this method,so as to optimize the method and reduce the error,so as to make the data more accurate and reliable.
