恩施中深层地热井钻探防斜打直技术探讨

摘要 在钻井过程中,地层可钻性的不均匀和地层倾斜、钻具弯曲和钻头结构引起的各向异性等因素会导致井斜,使钻井质量偏离设计要求。介绍常用的钻探防斜打直技术方法,并以恩热1井钻井为例,探讨地热井防斜打直技术应用方法及效果。恩热1井钻井过程中采用塔式钻具组合、钟摆钻具组合及满眼钻具组合用于防斜,最终技术指标满足设计要求。研究成果对恩施及其他地区的地热资源钻探开发工作具有一定的指导意义。 In the process of drilling,the uneven formation drillability and formation inclination,drill tool bending and anisotropy caused by bit structure will lead to well deviation,bring many hazards,and make the drilling quality deviate from the design requirements.The paper introduces the commonly used drilling anti-deviation and straightening technology,and takes well Enre-1 as an example to explore the application method and effect of geothermal well anti-deviation and straightening technology.In the drilling process of well Enre-1,the tower drilling tool combination,pendulum drilling tool combination and full-hole drilling tool combination are used for anti-deviation,and the final technical indicators meet the design requirements.The research results have certain guiding significance for guiding the drilling and development of geothermal resources in Enshi and other regions.
