摘要
为进一步了解高职大学生在疫情期间的心理健康状态及心理需求,为特殊时期的学校心理健康教育工作提供依据,本研究采用问卷调查法,于疫情暴发期间对广东交通职业技术学院学生进行抽样心理测评。结果表明,该校大学生心身状况总体良好,大多数学生面对疫情能采用积极的应对方式,并能够积极思考生活行为方式的转变,但仍存在强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁等问题相对突出的情况。
In order to further understand the mental health status and psychological needs of Students in higher vocational colleges during the epidemic period,and to provide the basis for the school mental health education in the special period,this study adopts the method of questionnaire survey to carry out psychological evaluation among the students of Guangdong Communications Polytechnic after the outbreak of the epidemic.The results showed that the overall mental and physical condition of college students in this school was good.Most of the students were able to adopt a positive response to the epidemic situation and actively think about the change of life behavior,but there were still some prominent problems such as compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity and depression.
