摘要
在强度和质量满足要求的基础上,用水泥-黄土注浆材料替代水泥-粉煤灰浆,为煤矿采空区治理工程提供参考。本文以不同配比下黄土注浆材料为研究对象,采用单因素试验方法对黄土浆液的密度、黏度、结石体单轴无侧限抗压强度(28 d)进行试验研究,并分析了影响黄土注浆材料的性能机理。研究结果表明:黄土浆液密度、塑性黏度、结石体抗压强度与水固比呈负相关,与固相比呈正相关,与水玻璃掺量呈正相关;浆液结石体28 d压缩应力-应变曲线存在明显的"弹性变形—应变硬化—应变软化"阶段;水固比越小,固相比越大,水玻璃掺量越大,应力增长速率较陡,最终峰值强度越高。
On the basis of meeting the requirements of strength and quality,cement-loess grouting material is used to replace cement-fly ash mortar to provide a reference for coal mine goaf management projects. In this paper,the loess grouting material under different proportions is used as the research object,and the single factor test method is used to test the density,viscosity,and uniaxial unconfined compressive strength of the loess grout(28 d),and analyze the influence performance mechanism of loess grouting material. The results of the study show that the density,plastic viscosity,and compressive strength of the loess body are negatively correlated with the water-solid ratio,positively correlated with the solid phase,and positively correlated with the water glass content;28 d compressive stress-strain curves of the grout body. There is an obvious"elastic deformation-strain hardening-strain softening"stage;the smaller the water-solid ratio,the larger the solids ratio,the greater the amount of water glass,the steeper the stress growth rate,and the higher the final peak strength.
