摘要
当前工业现场的自动化程度及现场设备的信息复杂程度越来越高,导致控制系统的通信容量随之增大,单一的通信模式不再有效。设计开发了一款多协议工业数据网关,在设计上充分考虑了常规的现场设备的硬件接口方式和通信协议,可实现对现场设备数据的实时采集转换,在进行必要的数据预处理和封装后,可通过TCP/IP网络传输给后端管理平台。多协议工业数据网关作为骆驼山选煤厂智能化综合管控平台的核心数据设备,实现了现场设备数据和后端管理平台数据的同步更新,为整个选煤厂的智能化综合管控发挥了重要作用。
At present,the automation degree of industrial field and the information complexity of field equipment are getting higher and higher,which leads to the increase of communication capacity of control system,and the single communication mode is no longer effective.In this paper,a multi-protocol industrial gateway is designed and developed.In this design,the hardware interface mode and communication protocol of conventional field equipment are fully considered,and the real-time acquisition and conversion of field equipment data can be realized.After necessary data preprocessing and encapsulation,the data can be transmitted to the back-end management platform through TCP/IP network.As the core data equipment of the intelligent comprehensive control platform of Luotuoshan Coal Preparation Plant,the multi-protocol industrial gateway realizes the synchronous update of the field equipment data and the back-end management platform data.
