摘要
针对塔式太阳能热发电技术中定日镜指向精度要求高的特点,通过安装在定日镜镜面上的图像采集器采集特定标志的图像分析镜面反射法线的振动情况,基于图像分析结果将定日镜振动误差分解为绕方位轴偏差角数据和绕俯仰角偏差角数据分别进行分析,并建立定日镜振动误差模型。然后选取试验用定日镜的相关数据进行基于标定白板的仿真计算,通过与现场试验结果进比较,表明定日镜振动误差模型能够准确地反映定日镜镜面法线实际的振动情况,为定日镜的控制运维策略制定提供有效的理论支持。
Due to the requirement of the high pointing accuracy for CSP heliostat,the cameras installed on the heliostat are used to collect images to analyze the vibration errors of the reflection normal.Based on the statistical results of image recognition,the vibration errors are described by the deviation angles of the azimuth axis and the deviation angles of the elevation axis,and then the vibration error model of heliostat are built.The simulated vibration data of the selected heliostats are calculated based on vibra⁃tion error model.In comparison with the simulated vibration result,the real vibration result shows that the vibration error model of heliostat is in agreement with the realities of the situation,and the model can be used to provide effective theoretical support for the maintenance strategy of heliostat.
