摘要 起动机是飞机发动机上重要的起动装置,在实际维修中为了测试它的性能通常采用蓄电池或可控硅整流电源才能满足数百安的电源输出要求,前者由于调压困难操作不便已基本淘汰,后者由于电源柜体巨大价格昂贵逐渐被以IGBT为核心的开关电源所取代,本文基于SG3525和M57963AL芯片设计了一套用于低压大电流开关电源控制用的电路,成功用于一台起动机测试用电源,现将控制电路、驱动电路、显示电路、保护电和辅助电路的设计做一个介绍。 The starter is an important starting device on the aircraft engine.In actual maintenance,in order to test its performance,the Storage battery or SCR rectifier power supply rectifier power supply is usually used to meet the power output requirements of hundreds of amperes.The former has been basically eliminated due to the difficulty of voltage regulation and the inconvenience of operation.The latter is gradually replaced by a switching power supply with IGBT as the core due to the huge and expensive power supply cabinet.Based on the SG3525 and M57963AL chips,a set of circuits for low-voltage and high-current switching power supply control is designed in this paper,and it is successfully used in a starter test.With the power supply,the design of the control circuit,drive circuit,display circuit,protection circuit and auxiliary circuit will now be introduced.
