摘要
以安徽某水利工程钢渡槽下检查车为例,基于软件SAP2000建立有限元分析模型,在有恒载、活载、风荷载的最不利工况下,对14 m跨度的伸缩型铝合金检查车进行力学分析,着重分析了桁架节点内力与位移、杆件轴力与应力比等情况.结果表明:检查车在强度、刚度、稳定性上均满足设计标准,安全性得到保证.该分析结果可为今后钢渡槽下同类检查车的结构设计、生产制造、长期运营提供参考.
Taking the inspection car under steel aqueduct of a water conservancy project in Anhui Province as an example,the finite element analysis model is established based on the software SAP2000.Under the most unfavorable conditions of dead load,live load and wind load,the mechanical analysis of the 14m span telescopic aluminum alloy inspection car is carried out.The internal force and displacement of truss joints,axial force and stress ratio of members are emphatically analyzed.The analysis shows that the strength,rigidity and stability of the inspection vehicle meet the design standards,and the safety is guaranteed.The analysis results provide a theoretical basis and guiding method for the structural design,manufacturing and long-term operation of similar inspection vehicles under steel aqueduct in the future.
