摘要
社会发展的过程中,受到各种原因的影响,不同区域经济水平存在差异,人才为了得到更好的发展,往往选择经济更发达的城市发展。本文就“虹吸效应”背景分析中等城市创新创业人才流失影响因素,对人才虹吸效应进行分析,并探究中等城市中人才流失的具体原因,尝试给出一定的意见,提高留住人才的力度,促进中等城市的不断发展。
In the process of social development, influenced by various reasons, there are different economic levels in different regions. In order to get better development, talents often choose more developed urban development. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship in medium-sized cities on the background of "siphon effect", explores the specific causes of talent loss in middle-sized cities, tries to give certain opinions, improve the strength of retaining talents, and promote the continuous development of medium-sized cities.
