摘要
衰老是机体复杂的生理过程。机体衰老往往伴随着免疫系统功能的失调,即免疫衰老。免疫衰老作为免疫系统与年龄相关变化的总称,受内在和外在因素的影响,主要有两个特征表现,即整体免疫反应缺陷和系统性慢性炎症。免疫衰老发生机制较为复杂,包括固有免疫和适应性免疫的变化,以及两者的失衡。研究认为,机体内的这种炎症反应与多种老年性疾病有关,特别是心血管疾病。目前,随着对免疫衰老的深入研究,与之相关的心血管疾病的发病机理也得到了较为深入的研究,为疾病的预防及治疗提供了更多的新思路。
Aging is a complex physiological process,and often accompanied by immune system dysfunction,which is named immunosenescence.As a general term for age-related changes in the immune system,immunosenescence is affected by both internal and external factors.There are two main characteristics,which is deficiency of overall immune responses and systemic inflammation chronically,of immunosenescence.The mechanism of immunosenescence is complex,including the changes of innate immunity and adaptive immunity,and the imbalance between them.The inflammatory responses are associated with a variety of age-related diseases,particularly cardiovascular diseases.At present,with the in-depth study of immunosenescence,the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases related to it has been further revealed,providing new ideas for the clinic prevention and treatment of related diseases.
